How to Use This Tool
- Select the state and county where the home will be installed
- Enter the conditioned floor area of the home in square feet
- Select the home type (ENERGY STAR or HUD Standard)
- Click "Calculate Tonnage" to get your recommendation
- Always verify your design by test and balance after installation
Phoenix-area homes typically use Sizing Group 70
